If you require overnight accommodations either before or after the meeting, please contact the hotel directly. The cost of the room night will be at the Retailer's expense. You can find the hotel information for each city here.

AIR TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION

All transportation to and from the event, to include parking, transfers, and/or airfare, is the responsibility of the Retailer.
